March 2024: Won Vietnamese religious asylum claim

December 2023: Grant of asylum and a grant of withholding of removal for domestic violence claims from Honduras and Nicaragua before the Chicago Immigration Court.

November 2023: Successfully requested prosecutorial discretion to terminate a case before the court for humanitarian reasons.

August 2023: Asylum win for a family of five who were persecuted due to Mexican cartel violence. The entire family was granted asylum and will be eligible for residency in one year.

May 2023: Nicaraguan Political Asylum grant before the Fort Snelling Immigration court.

October 2021: Successfully request termination of removal proceedings so client could pursue consular processing through LPR Mother.

May 2021: Honduran Particular Social Group Asylum grant for two women who were victims of gang violence.

February 2020: Withholding of Removal grant under CAT for client who was previously deported.

December 2019: Cancellation of Removal grant for a client with more than ten years physical presence in the United States, good character, and extreme hardship on USC son.

August 2019: Successfully argued cancellation of removal for a LPR client. The case involved drug charges.

October 2018: Asylum grant for Mexican particular social group of business owners. I helped clients adjust to permanent residents after their asylum win.

August 2018: Cancellation of Removal defense for client taken into custody after multiple DUI offenses. Client was released as a permanent resident of the United States.

August 2018: Asylum PSG grant.
